You can contact The Marriage Savers in three ways:

To best understand your individual cleaning needs, all quotes are completed in person. We take the time to talk with you, learn what is important to you, and give you an accurate quote.

We do service Calgary and surrounding areas (Airdrie, Okotoks, Langdon, Chestermere, Bragg Creek).

For areas out of Calgary, a gas fee will be applied.

We complete all of our quotes on site (Home, new construction, renovation, or business) to ensure that we are giving you an accurate quote based on frequency and scope of work.

Please keep in mind that the consultation is a time for all parties to meet and share information regarding the servicing of the premise. Not all cleaner-client matches are appropriate; therefore, we reserve the right to decline services.

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment because we have learned through years of experience which products do the best job.

If you would prefer for us to use your cleaning supplies, we will do that, but cannot guarantee the same results.

For business cleaning, we can also can provide paper products, garbage bags, and hand soap and invoice you accordingly.

Our rates depend on what you require, so we provide a full and complete quote after meeting with you on-site to accurately assessing your needs.

We also accept Cash or Cheque. Cheques need to be made payable to The Marriage Savers.

There may be a nominal annual increase to cover increasing costs such as wages, equipment and fuel. We will always advise you in advance of any price increase.

The Marriage Savers will provide limited or no services during incidents of extreme inclement weather. Limited or delayed service may occur in severe thunderstorms, in dangerous cold or hot conditions, and in any city declared a weather emergency.

We conduct police background checks, verify job history and interview in-person on every prospective employee. All of our employees are also bonded and insured.

While our team members are trained in proper cleaning procedures, accidents do occasionally happen. If something ends up broken or damaged, we step up to make it right.

We will repair or replace the item as quickly as possible and file an insurance claim whenever necessary to resolve the situation.

Tipping is not expected, but if our cleaners impress you, please feel free to tip them if you feel so inclined.

We request 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please call or email and wait for a confirmation.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your regular cleaning charge as a cancellation fee.

Our cleaning staff are all security vetted and fully understand the need for security and confidentiality. Our customers issue us keys or swipe cards, and security code for the alarm system.

It is always appreciated if you take a few moments before your scheduled cleaning to pick up loose items off the floor like clothes, toys, and other household items. The fewer things we have to pick up, the more we can focus on cleaning your home.

As your Home Check professional, we will immediately contact you at the first sign of concern with your home or property. If there is an emergency involving the police or fire department, we will attend the scene on your behalf and ensure you are fully informed. Our judgment ensures a quick and appropriate response. If the situation is an emergency, it will be handled in the fastest, safest, and most cost-effective way. In a non-emergency, you will be contacted to discuss and implement a course of action.

The Marriage Savers regularly works with Calgary and area realtors to check in on vacant homes – providing peace of mind to the realtor and home-owner alike. We cover the same list of inspection items that we do for a vacationing property owner. The property is checked every three-days. As part of our service, we can provide light cleaning to ensure it is ready for the next open house or realtor showing.

Many things can happen to your Home in your absence: break-ins, water leaks, electrical issues, a sudden southern Alberta storm, to name just a few. Even if you have trusted neighbours or relatives nearby, having a professional acting on your behalf is a much more practical option. A Home Watch service provides you with peace of mind whenever you are away from your home. The Marriage Savers will visually inspect all areas of your Home in search of problems or issues. If a situation does arise, we will notify you immediately and remediate the problem along with you.

Because we keep a written record of our visits and what all we checked, this ensures your Home-Owners Insurance is honoured.

The Marriage Savers offers a $25 discount on your next visit for all referrals that get an in-home consultation and sign for at least one cleaning with us. This is our way of saying thanks to our wonderful and committed clients and friends!

  • Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;
  • Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose, and mouth;
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and

We also ask that all customers proactively follow the to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings.

Other recommendations for customers include:

  • Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended.
  • Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your Home or your cleaner.
